How it works:

1. Add this product to your cart.
2. During checkout process enter the following information in the additional information, order notes field:
   • Child’s Name
3. Once payment is processed and personalization requests have been received I will ship your final personalized template in 3-5 business days, dependant on supplies in stock. All potty charts are made after the order is placed.
4. If you have opted for local pick up. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up.
5. Please review the personalized information before sending the email, as any errors after receiving the final personalized template are not the fault of the seller; i.e. spelling mistakes, etc.
6. Once the potty chart has entered production, refunds cannot be completed.
7. Since all monitors are a little different in displaying the colors, they may vary in the end product.
8. Potty Charts can be purchased for personal use only.
