- I will ship your final personalized product in 3-5 business days after receiving it, dependant on supplies in stock. All products are made after the order is placed.
- If you have opted for local pick up. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up.
- Please review any custom information before sending it our way, as any errors after receiving the final product are not the fault of the seller; i.e. spelling, colors, etc.
- Once the product has entered production, refunds cannot be completed.
